Don’t Rush to Grow Up
Thirteen is such a special age, but the curious ting is that you won’t fully realize it until years later. Looking back, I am filled with fondness for the young, awkward, painfully naïve me who loves listening to Garth Brooks every time I feel down. But at that time, of course, I would have traded places with someone older and wiser in a heartbeat.
So what I mean is, being a teen is meant to be savored. Don’t be in such a hurry to turn 20, 25, and 30. You have the rest of your life to be a full-fledged grown up; for now, all you’ve really got to focus on is growing up.

Will The Philippines Have a Lemon Law?
Are you one of those unlucky ones who bought a new or used
car that turned out to be defective?
The Philippines have no laws protecting a consumer from
buying vehicles that turn out to be “lemons” although House Bill 3199 has been filed by a congressman.
First of all, what are “lemons” and what are Lemon Laws?
“Lemons” are
automobiles, trucks or any vehicle that are substandard or are defective. The Lemon Laws of the United States are state laws crafted to provide a remedy for
a consumer that has unknowingly purchased a product that does not meet the
standards of quality and
performance.
The NYS Lemon Law:

The Philippine version of the Lemon Law, according to the
Bill author, explicitly states that “themanufacturer or its authorized dealercannot successfully repair a defective product within a reasonable number ofrepair attempts. It must promptly be replaced by the manufacturer.”
This would be a welcome bill for a lot of vehicle buyers in
the country who unknowingly purchase “lemon” vehicles. With the passage and approval of this
bill, consumers will finally not bear
the burden of coughing out additional expense to have the “lemon” repaired.
